As an AIM listed company, Silverdell Plc is not required to comply with the provisions of the Combined Code on Corporate Governance ('The Combined Code') that applies to companies with a full London Stock Exchange Listing.

However, the Board recognises the importance and value of good corporate governance and accordingly have detailed those elements of the Combined Code that they consider most relevant and appropriate to the Group, given its size and structure.
