BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Stuart Doughty CMG, Non-Executive Chairman

Stuart Doughty previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Costain Group Plc. He has over 40 years' experience in the construction industry.

Stuart's past responsibilities include acting as Non-Executive Chairman of Alstec Group Limited, Beck & Pollitzer Limited, and Kennedy Construction Group Limited, as well as Senior Non-Executive Director of Somero plc and Scott Wilson plc.

Currently Stuart serves as Senior Non-Executive Director of Aigis Blast Protection Limited.

Sean Nutley, Chief Executive Officer

Sean was previously Chief Operating Officer of Silverdell Plc and a board member since 2006, before being promoted to Chief Executive.

Sean has more than 20 years' experience in the asbestos and environmental sectors.

Ian Johnson, Chief Financial Officer

Previously Ian was Group Finance Director of McBride Plc. Ian has also held senior finance roles within Taylor Wimpey Plc, including Commercial Director for the Taylor Morrison Inc in North America.

Ian has also had senior finance positions within the support service sector including roles at Regus Plc and Exel Plc.

Mark Watts, Non-Executive Director

Mark is a partner in Marwyn Capital LLP and Marwyn Investment Management LLP. Mark holds directorships in several other Marwyn investments: Praesepe Plc, ACS Plc and Entertainment One Ltd.

Previously, Mark was a management consultant completing strategic development projects for many blue-chip companies including Ford Motor Company and Barclays Bank.

SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM

Andrew Watson, Managing Director, Kitsons Nuclear Services Division

Before taking the helm at Kitsons newly established Specialist Nuclear Services division, Andrew was Managing Director of Kitsons Environmental for 5 years, his career in the Specialist Environmental Support Services sector covering some 30 years.

Andrew has been fundamental to the development of Kitsons' industrial expertise and its overall business growth over that time.

John Potts, Managing Director, Kitsons Industrial Services Division

Prior to joining Kitsons, John had a career spanning over 20 years with Hertel, leaving as Managing Director of their Middle East and CIS Regions and a Group Management Board Director. John has more than 30 years experience of delivering Industrial Support Services to clients in the oil, gas, petrochemical and power sectors.

Dave Rhodes, Managing Director, Silverdell UK

Dave has been involved in the asbestos industry for over 21 years since leaving school. He joined Silverdell UK in 2000 as a Regional Manager and was promoted to Managing Director in 2009.

Matthew Griggs, Managing Director, Redhills

Matthew first joined Redhills as a Senior Analyst in 1998. After a period working for external consultancies, he returned to Redhills as Operations Director in 2009. Matthew’s contribution has been key to the planning and implementation of the Redhills growth strategy in the last year. He was appointed to Managing Director in 2011.

Mark Roberts, Group Sales Director

Mark has worked in the client and contracting sides of the construction industry for over 33 years, joining Silverdell in January 1993 and appointed to Sales Director for Silverdell UK in 2002.

Mark became Group Sales Director in 2010 and is the Past Chairman of ARCA - the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association.

Lucy Czakan, Head of Corporate Communications

Lucy brings 24 years of experience in marketing and running businesses. She started her career working for ICI where she built a new brand from scratch into the market. She then moved to Unilever where she worked on global brands and developed international marketing and new product development strategies for a number of leading brands.

Lucy joined the Silverdell PLC team in 2010.
